Te Kamaka (TK) Howden

BIOGRAPHY

Having been a stand out player for Fielding High School first XV, Howden was selected for the New Zealand secondary schools' Barbarians team in 2019.  

In his first year out of Feilding High School, the young loose forward ripped straight into in his first year of professional rugby with the Manawatū Turbos in 2020.  

Impressing in club rugby with Feilding Yellows, he was in the thick of the action for Manawatū every week.  

Howden was named in the New Zealand Under 20 squad in 2021.
